FMC  undertakes an extensive range of  Marine Survey, Inspection and Audit services of all types of merchant vessels, especially tankers,  as an independent third-party surveyor to support the client`s needs, including ( but not limited to) the following assignments:

• Tanker Pre -VETTING -and SIRE/- CDI inspections for Oil Majors -and Shipowners.
• ON/-OFF HIRE surveys, -including description -and general condition of the vessel, checking the validity of all certificates, -inspection of cargo handling gears, -cargo/- and cargotank compartments -and quantity of L.O./-D.O./-F.O. bunkers R.O.B.
• Inspection of vessel condition for Dry Docking repairwork specifications.
• PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION,-providing thorough and clear pictures of exact status of the vessel condition including hull structures, -machinery & equipments -and verification of all class & flag states certification -and repairwork & maintenance records.
• Vessel Flag State statutory -and Flag Pre-Entry compliance surveys.
• Vessel stability -and draught surveys.
• Bunker quantity R.O.B. ( Ullage ) surveys -and possible quality analysis.
• P & I Pre-Entry condition surveys.
• Vessel condition surveys -and possible valuation assessment for seller party.
• Inspection of vessel´s Main Propulsion Machinery performance for speed & consumption claims.
• Inspection of vessel´s Port State Control status.
• Inspection of vessel´s machinery (Steam&Diesel ) condition, including possible function & safety tests.
• Audits of vessel´s ISM/ -ISPS/ -MLC/ -STCW codes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Audits of ISO 9001 -and ISO 14001 standards of quality -and environmental assurance.
